Logan High School is a public high school in Logan, Utah, U.S., established in 1917. As part of the Logan City School District, it serves students in the 9th through 12th grades. Logan High is currently in the Utah High School Activities Association (UHSAA) class 3AA. ==Timeline of Logan High History== *In 1917 the Logan City School Board voted to establish a high school, previously only offering an education through the 8th grade. *In 1919 a building to house LHS was completed in on the corner of Church and Federal Avenues in Logan. *In 1921 the first 12th grade class graduated. *In 1926 the school moved to the former campus of Brigham Young College, located between 100 and 300 W on 200 S in Logan. *In 1962 significant damage was caused to the old college buildings by a magnitude 5.7 earthquake. *In 1968 the school's athletic field complex was named after the late Glen "Zeus" Worthington, Logan High School athletic director (1938–1967) and USU〔http://publish.netitor.com/photos/schools/ust/sports/m-footbl/auto_pdf/university-2001.pdf〕 and state of Utah Athletic Hall of Fame inductee.〔http://www.utahsportshalloffame.org/Honorees.html〕 *In 1978, a physical education complex was added. *In 1984 the freshman class was added to the student body.
